Contemporary Music for All.

I perform regularly with the London CoMA (Contemporary Music for All) Ensemble.  Here we are at the City Lit in December, playing a wonderful piece called "Imaginary Orchestras" by Peter McGarr during which I continually move back and forth between keyboard - using a variety of sounds including harp, glockenspiel and celeste - and piano, played with the sustaining pedal jammed down and sometimes drumming on the strings as well as in a more conventional style!

I love the challenge of playing really new music which stretches the imagination in so many ways. Our programme also included newly-commissioned pieces by our composers-in-residence for 2025, Sam Loveless and Laila Arafah, and "Glacier" by Eleanor Alberga.
